We here at Eq-Western.com noticed that we often receive photos of horses and stallions that are well taken and beautiful to look at. We also wanted to give our stallion owners just one more way to promote their farm and their special boy. So we thought, why not have a way to campaign a great stallion all year long?
Introducing our 1st annual Calendar Magnet Stallion Contest
The winning stallion will have his photo published on Eq-Western.com's calendar magnet which will be distributed to each of our clients this December. Our client's include everyone who has posted an ad on Eq-Western.com as well as our link partners and advertisers. Want a way to reach all those mare owners?? This is it.
Who can enter?
Any stallion owner who has their stallion listed on Eq-Western.com
How much does it cost?
$0...nothing....it's FREE to enter.
How do I enter my stallion's photo?
Email us the following information:
- Stallion owner's name
- Stallion's name
- Farm name
- Attach the photo of your stallion you would like to enter
Can I enter more than one photo?
No. Only one photo per stallion entry please.
Can I enter the contest more than once?
Yes. You many enter the contest more than once if you have multiple stallions. However, you may only submit one entry per stallion.
Does the photo I enter in the contest have to be one of the same photo's in my stallions classified ad listing?
No. It can be any photo of your stallion that you choose.
Can I submit a professionally taken photograph?
Yes, however there are copyrights that need to be addressed. If you the stallion owner are submitting a photo that was not taken by you, you simply need to get a written approval by the photographer to use it for the calendar contest. This can be in the form of an email.
How is the winner chosen?
The winner will be chosen by Eq-Western.com's President.
When is the winner being chosen?
The winner will be chosen in October of 2008
What does the winner receive?
The winning stallion will have his picture published on Eq-Western.com's 2009 calendar magnet which will be mailed out to all of our clients. The magnet will also include the stallion's name breed and the name of your farm. It's like having a year long advertisement of your farm and stallion that other horse owners will look at every day!
The winner will also be featured on the home page of our website.
When will the calendars be distributed?
The calendars will be distributed in early January 2009.
How much do the calendars cost?
$0...The calendars will be mailed out to all of our clients free of charge as a thank you for using our website. You are considered a client if you are registered on our site and have posted a classified ad of any type at any time.
Can I receive a free calendar magnet even if I'm not a registered Eq-Western.com client?
Yes you can! Simply send us an email with your name and mailing address and we will add you to our mailing list.
How can I make sure I receive my calendar magnet?
In order to receive your calendar gift, please log in to your account and ensure that your address information is up to date in the "My Account" section. If you are not currently a registered user, send us an email with your current address.
