About our service

Eq-Western.com provides an advertising medium wherein sellers may post ads for consideration by buyers. Eq-Western.com does not guarantee or endorse the condition, suitability, health or any other attribute of any horse, animal or item posted on this site. Eq-Western.com strongly urges anyone purchasing a horse to have a pre-purchase examination done by the veterinarian of the buyer's choice.

- We are not responsible for the mis-use of any information you choose to provide upon posting an ad (such as, but not limited to, names, phone numbers and email addresses) or the information you disclose upon contacting any party who has posted an ad on the website.

- Eq-Western.com is not obligated to keep a copy or back-up file of the photos or information you post in an ad and will never sell any information provided by users of the site such as names, email addresses or phone numbers or addresses.

- By posting photos or videos on this site you are asserting that you were the photographer of the photos, that you own the rights to the photos/videos or that you have express written permission by the owner to use them and are not violating anyone's copyright in displaying them in your ad.

-Any pictures/videos or ad text submitted for inclusion with an ad can be used by Eq-Western.com for marketing initiatives such as but not limited to fliers, posters, banners, and in placing of classified ads on other websites or in print or other media.

- Eq-Western.com responds to questions/comments within 48 hours of receipt if a response is required, however if due to circumstances this is not possible, Eq-Western.com shall not be liable in any way and may choose to not respond to emails if it sees them to be offensive or otherwise unfit. Ads will remain posted for 3 months (90 days) however they may be left up for longer in certain circumstances and ads may be edited for content and/or photo/video quality at the discretion of Eq-Western.com.

- Eq-Western.com cannot guarantee the sale of your horse or other item(s) or services you post on the site. Any posting suspected for any reason of fraud can and will be removed from the site at our discretion and without refund. You will also be reported to law enforcement authorities. You agree to use this site at your own risk and aknowledge that this service is provided on an "as is" basis.

Abolutely no refunds after your ad posts on the website. You are responsible to contact us to modify or remove your ad when your horse or item has sold or been transfered.

By using this website you assert that you are the age of majority for your country or are using this website with the supervision and consent of your parent or legal guardian.

Eq-Western reserves the right to change this service at any time or to discontinue or suspend service without notice to you.

Eq-Western.com also posts articles relating to horses. These articles are intended to be a resource for this website's users. Eq-Western.com is not liable for the accuracy, validity or suitability of this information and cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or unexpected result arising from the use or misuse of information in these articles.
